As a courtesy, we confirm appointments 24 hours in advance.  When making appointments for any gift certificates, packages, treatments for two or more persons, or treatments for one or more hours, we ask that you guarantee your appointment against late cancellations using your credit card at the time you schedule your appointment.  We cannot book your appointment without this information.

Our cancellation policy for all spa packages, treatments for two or more persons, or treatments for one or more hours is 24 hours to avoid full charge to your credit card or forfeiture of your gift certificate.

For all single services for one person we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
